Question What does it take to get a new guy registered?

Hello!

I've enjoyed following the posts on this forum since I signed up about three or four weeks ago. What does it take to complete registration? I've been waiting for an email - is that right?

Thanks!

It usually requires an act of Congress or God!

If I could I would activate you but I have been given no such powers!

GT2CS is infamous around these parts
Hi Fast Fwd,
I had months of similar problems - posting several times to get a moderators attention only to have the post deleted. Then one day I found an old e-mail link someone said to try if you had lost your activation code. Well, I had been waiting to receive an activation code so thought I'd give it a try. The link is:

https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/register.php?a=ver

This will take you to the account activation page and will show your
User Name: Fast Fwd
Activation Code:

Obviously you dont have an activation code but at the bottom of the page is a 'click here' link if you have lost/forgotten your activation code. Click on this and it will send you a new (or in your case your first) activation code to your registered e-mail address. Click on the link in the e-mail they send you and hey presto, your account will (should!!) be activated. Good luck.

Unreal,

Make it a sticky, as the process is idotic and beyond moronic.
I had the exact same frustrations as did the last 8000 people.
Stupid process.

Welcome Fast Fwd - glad the link helped. As Woodster said, we should make this a sticky, so as to end months of frustration for wouldbe new members.
