Its not grey!?!??! Well it is, but it isn't? Please help me!
Guys, gentlemen, and ladies,
I need some help here. I found the car I've always wanted. It's my dream car it's a V8 Vantage. I've been looking for months for one with the right options and mileage and I found it and I'm so excited I can fall over. I'll be scheduling a PPI and if it's good I'll be traveling to go pick it up!
Problem! I looked at the interior pictures, but they're pretty dark. It has a interior color called Quail Grey. I presumed it was just a light grey which is great with me. But! after more research I'm finding out that it's actually green. Or grey green? Some pictures look as if it's like a military khaki green color. Anyone have this for there interior? Does it look good? Now my thoughts are seeing the car before the PPI just to be sure it's something I like. The car is about 600miles away so no short trip. I had no idea that it's hue was set on the green side. Now I'm really worried that the interior which is in full Quail Grey is going to look pretty ugly. I feel like an idiot not researching this before, but I swear it looked just like a cool grey to me. Can anyone ease my mind?

Take the trip down and see for your self. Aston colors are very tricky and are definelty not represented in the best way as far as color names. Interior is much easier to get a good idea of in pictures but some of the exterior colors are super tricky.
I'm sure round fair trip for 600miles is about 250-300. Well worth it my friend. The alternative is spending thousands and not like what you get. I mean you spend a few grand on inspections when buying a house. Spend a few hundred and take the trip.

+1 definitely get better pictures... If the existing pictures are 'sketchy'... you are probably answering your own question. Also if you are going to purchase... fly out to see it before signing the deal!

what everyone else is saying.
And,
If you're in the B'area, go to a local Aston Dealer (Los Gatos, not even sure if there's another in the area). They have samples of the interior colors (at least current ones). That may be a quicker way to see the color and decide if it's even worth the trip to see it in the car.
I've not even heard of Quail Grey, but based on the name, I can't imagine it's greenish. Quail (the birds) are a nice warm grey. If anything, maybe it's just going to be lighter than you might want. I'd be surprised if it were actually greenish. Not that names always correlate well, but there's usually some link between the name and the color.

Thanks for all the responses guys! Like everyone said I'll have to just go and see the car to make the final assessment. I was going to travel anyways to personally look over the car. I've got a PPI for it scheduled at an Aston dealer then all that's left (if it passes the PPI) is to go fly down there and hope for the best. The car is/sounds magnificent and has every single possible option that Aston offered so, I'm sure either way the car interior color shouldn't be a big issue. I was kinda in shock a bit that it wasn't just a light grey. But, now that I've had some time to think on it I'm pretty sure it'll look beautiful.
Definitely don't want to make compromises, but it's hard not sit in any of these interiors no matter the color and not be takin away. I sat in several and I even liked the more off colors such as the dark cherry/burgundy interior.
