Hybrid Turbocharger

Is there an inbetween turbo between a GT30r and GT35r that would work on a TT? Lets assume the engines been built with headwork, cams, valve, etc, with all the goodies and max rpm of 7200ish. What would be the best turbocharger for max power with good area under the curve with lower rpm full boost. On the streets, the GT30r's seem to have a range of 4k-7.5k ish powerband. The GT35r's seem to have a range of 4.5-7.5k+ powerband of full boost. Is there any hybrid that would have a full boost onset maybe a few hundred rpms lower than a GT30r but has a top end of a GT35r?
Thanks.
