Hello all,

As much as I love my car, I want to sell it to put that money in some investments for business. Right from the start I will say I don't have to sell, I want to sell. So please no bottom feeders. This is a 2012 911 997.2 turbo s. It is black on black with red seat belts and red mats. I bought it with 800 miles about a year ago. It has about 71xx now. It is also a CPO, which is in effect till middle of 2018.

I have all the CPO documents as well. The previous owner put almost every option you could on this car, with the exception of deviated stitching and colored gauges. The car has every carbon fiber and leather option you could get, along with all the extra electronic ones. It has clear glass tail lights and exterior body painted in black package, along with black wheels. I will post the CPO sticker that has the full list of options in my next post.

Since I got the car, I added a lojack($1000), expel ultimate clear bra on the entire front end($1800), and 70% 3m crystalline window tint to all windows including the windshield ($650), bbi black ceramic coated exhaust ($5200).

I can sell the exhaust with the car if the buyer wants it, or separately. I have the OEM exhaust. If you want it with the exhaust, or want the exhaust separately, I'm pricing it at $4,000. Pretty good price, and cheaper than a europipe and IMO a lot better. Makes the car sound like a GT2/GT3 hybrid. Also you can't beat the look of the dual tips. The exhaust is only about a couple months old. It took bbi a while to make it and get it to me.

Currently CPO 2011-2013 turbo s cars are asking around 105-125k. Mostly all of them are twice the mileage or more, or have like 5 options. I am asking 115k for this, and I think that is a fair price given the massive amount of options and extremely low mileage. This turbo s is clean, because I am super OCD about my cars. But I am open to reasonable counter offers.

 

 

An example of my OCD is that you can see my seats have hardly any bolster wear. That's because I always put a microfiber towel on the bolster .

 

Forgot to add the entire car has Cquartz finest on it. And I also have a set of pirelli sottozero series II winter tires for sale. And no I didn't drive this car in the snow or salt, only during days with clean roads because I know how crazy other owners can be about this car . It does get pretty cold here in MD so winter tires are a must. The winter tires have maybe 2k miles on them give or take. They were 1450. I'd sell them for 1000 OBO. They are OEM sizes except the rear is 295 since they don't make a 305. That is fine, even in the porsche book it says to use a 295 for winter.

I said I am open to reasonable offers. I haven't seen any in the low 100s except a couple that had 20k+ miles. As I said mine is 7k miles. I am open to reasonable offer if 120k is too high. There are no 2012s under 15k miles in the low 100s. There were a couple that had no options and 20k-35k miles.

But there aren't a few heavily optioned ones out there actually. The ones that are, are asking a lot more than what I am. None of those can be had for the low 100s. Also remember, mine is a CPO, there are only a few CPO out there right now.

^Here is a list of all CPO cars. Only 4 are under 110k and they have 2x-4x my milage. And none are 2012. There is a 2012 from champion with a few less miles than mine at 116k. But you pay taxes on that one, so in reality it will be higher than mine. And I said I am open to offers.

Porsche locator tool tells the same story for CPO cars. The under 10k mile cars are all asking higher than I am except one at 117500. The low 100s cars are 2011's with 20+k miles.

Forgot to add. I have both keys, service books, CPO documents, pretty much every single thing that came with the car when bought by first owner.
