I have a Europipe Quiet and I would suggest that you hear mine. When I first received mine, it was very quiet but as I put miles on it, it has become pretty loud.

My fabspeed quiet is very quiet, until you start the engine.

Tim, are we getting together this weekend?

If so, Perhaps Lou can drive the red one, and you can hear the techart exhaust on that, which By the way sounds awesome. No resonance, and wild at WOT. THe GT2 has the quiet fabspeed you can hear, and if Dave comes out, you can hear the Europipe Quiet which I haven't heard in person yet.

I experienced the same thing with the EuroPipe. The more I drove the quiet the louder it got. I suspect that is due to two things. Either the packing was burning out, although I doubt they use something that cheap or the packing was being pushed down the pipe causing less noise reduction down the tube. That happens a lot with various mufflers. Usually the increase is so gradual no one notices.

I have RUF exhaust which might be a good comparison. I do love the exhaust. I also have an extra RUF exhaust available. Will send PM.

Hey Guys,

I will be available this week so let me know the plans. Having had four exhausts on my car including a the RUF, I can tell you that they all have a plus and a minus. My Ruf was great for the first 8,000 miles but then became noisy as hell, defined as the inability to make a cell phone call without the other party asking if you are in a pickup truck or a convertible. My other criteria is if people on my block give me the finger when I pass by. I also do think that if you run big turbos like Shank and I, the exhaust will sound much different than the KKK-16 cars.

Let me know the plans and maybe we can do some videos.

996TTR - do you have a summary on all the exhausts you have been through to date and the pros and cons of each?
TIA

My friend will also come with the EP Loud and all its resonance! BTW, Ryan took my Techart Race exhaust and it sounds incredible. It overtook my favorite position. It is the sickest, meanest sounding exhaust I have ever heard and the resonance is very little. BTW, for those who haven't heard my car was t-boned on Memorial day by some dumbass girl. She tried to run but left her front bumper with licence plate at the scene Anyway, my two week Turbo is no more

Damn Lou, sorry to hear. Are you keeping the car? How bad was the damage? Women in this city can't drive. Last month I was driving in my truck and some idiot girl rear ended me. Obviously its her fault but she didnt admit it or say sorry
