You do not need the wiring harness or do you need brackets, in fact when you move the AC unit down you will need to remove the ones that are on it...once you have it apart you will see what I'm talking about. Remember you will have to cut the divider where you ac and radio are now, and the metals brackets that hold the factory deck will also have to be cut to make room for the new unit. I did this in the summer and its all very strait forward.PM if you have any questions

So other than the trim piece, I don't need anything else...right??

The A/C control just moves from the top to the bottom using the same bracket that I have now?? Is that right??

Thanks for your help!!

The bracket that is being used in the upper location will not be used when you move it to the bottom. In fact the only thing you need from the old spot to the new spot is the 2 screws. There is lots of wire in that harness and you simply relocate that. Now remember there is 2 options on where to to put the ac control, top of the lower or bottom, both have different trim pieces

Have a look in the pic....Mind the faded CF switch surround, i have a new one I haven't installed yet, If you have any questions just ask away!

Awesome!! Thanks for the valuable input!!

My dash will look almost exactly like yours...I'm putting the A/C in the same spot and I also have the R920 DIN. Which head unit do you have?..it looks great!

I am using the kewood ddx 8019, it has : Nav, DVD, Ipod video control, and the best is the blue tooth handsfree kit!
The 920 is a great little tool , i have the one with the amber LED, I just wish I could see the boost with it tho. I am getting the 920 and the head unit done in real carbon, it should be swweeet! Let me know how the install goes
