Can anyone explain how this works?

I have a solid understanding of the theory behind this mod, but want more info on the details behind this. Does it always raise the fuel pressure? or just at WOT?

In theory, would installing this on a stage 4 car cause it to run rich under all conditions or will it simply help maintain fuel pressure at high RPMs?

My guess is that under partial throttle, in open loop, the car will seek out stoich. But at WOT the car is running closed loop and will probably run rich. As such new programming is probably required. Is this correct?

FPRs use manifold pressure to regulate fuel pressure. Vacuum = lower fuel pressure. Boost = higher fuel pressure.

ari,

I have the same question here,

I know that a Stage 4+ would need more fuel, running 1.2 bar to the redline with much bigger IC's (EVO's), new Headers K-24 and 75mm Plenum/TB compared with the original program with has develop years ago for 1.1 bar (OEM WG's) and OEM IC's.

For me does make sense to propose the Tuners (EVO/IA/SW) to fine tune the Stage 4 program to this new upgraded/improved components to get max outcome, where the FPR could be one of the new addition...like Stage 5.
