24 Hours of LeMans....(spoiler)

Way to go Audi! Amazing performance, no engine failures, great driving. What an amazing effort by Audi. Take notes, PAG.

I wonder why the TV coverage spent an disproportionate amount of coverage on the LMP1 class, and second-classed the GT group this year. Barely much coverage through the night on Porsche. They also seemed overwhelmed with the Corvette vs Ferrari fight. Congrats to Corvette as well - nicely done. What was up with Ferrari this year?

Hats off to Patrick Long and the Petersen/White Lightning/Porsche team for first in class win. He did quite a recovery job himself!

zjpj is infamous around these parts
There's not much to say about the GT class because Porsche just completely dominates. They did great. There's just no exciting race there!
The Corvette-Ferrari match up was really fun to watch, as they traded places a bunch of times.

Best,

Well for much of the race, the Modena's were a head of some of the GT3RS's, but they soon succumbed to the typical ferrari reliablity/durability gremlins... Got to luv Porsche reliability!!!
