Air sound?
Ever since installing my Bailey's Diverters I have been hearing an air sound around 3-3.5K RPM, usually when letting off the gas. Is this a normal sound?

Are you still running normal boost??? 0.7 I believe on a stock car??? Could be a leak in one of the lines... If your hearing is very sensitive you can hear them release some air, but if it is loud it sounds like a leak or disconnected hose...

I am pretty in tune with the sounds in my car... and I am still running standard boost, 0.7 maximum.

When you let off after boosting, even with the bailey's you do get a "sound"... I sort of high pitched air sound..

Yea sounds normal....its not a loud noise, but can be heard if you are listening for it....by the end of the week I will deff. hear mine eh sharky

Britt, it's just the diverter valves. If there were any air leak or problem you'd have a long term fuel trim code and MIL on.
