I'm curious to hear from members of this foundation. You can either post, or PM me if you prefer. I have noticed a number of P-car owners in the SF/SJ Bay Area with these license plate frames.

Aside from it being a very good cause, I'm wondering if others perceive or have experience about 'side benefits'.

Some local police are envious of the CHP (sort of like the local police/FBI tension you see protrayed in movies), and I have been told that having the 11-99 foundation plate frame may earn you additional attention from your local "serve and protects". And not in a good way.
