Question About These GT3 Seats

I saw this Turbo on ebay and really liked the way they did the GT3 seats in this car.

Black GT3 seats, then with the top plastic inserts in grey and the cushions are grey also. Does anyone sell these separately? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

the plastic parts people usually paint after buying them (you can do the backs too like the sports seats - factory option in Europe)...

I am not really into painting interior parts, just curious as if anyone knows where to get those parts directly from Porsche, etc..

I agree, especially where the belts will rub. No paint will hold up to that. I might be interested in swapping gray for black pieces though.

To protect the "painted" seatbelt through trimrings, simply use small strips of clear plastic (ala 3M, stonegard, headlight protactors, etc.) Will work great... just replace the plastic occasionally as needed.

I think you will find those parts are only molded in black plastic.

I think you can still buy grey alcantra cushions from Gert at Carnewal

The top pieces I have always seen in black plastic, even on grey seats. I just wonder how they got those pieces in grey.

My guess would be the harness outlets were painted as I have seen Graphite Grey seats and they were black on those as well.
