BTW Why are you running stock exhaust and DVs?
1. I won't be running rear wheel drive, so my numbers will all be AWHP, not RWHP. I'm also not chasing an absolute power number (there's no real consistency dyno to dyno) but compared to the numbers other cars have made on this exact dyno I think the results will speak for themselves.
2. I'm running a stock exhaust because the only ones I'm interested in will cost more than my entire build so far. I'm willing to swap a set of K16/16gs for a Milltek if you have any leads.
3. DVs will get swapped (to Bosch 110s) in due course.

Ken,
I say you buy MARKSKI's car if he'll sell it to you, so that you can take me for a ride in it.

Both of the cars you listed have a lot more money into them than their sale price. Either of those cars stock would go for near that same price right now. For example, one of the local dealers had a white 2003 for sale all stock and low miles (24k or so) and they wanted and I think got 69k for it. and it was all stock.

But you can supercharge your car with chip and exhaust and yank probably well over 400 hp if it is done right. I had a buddy with a C4 who got it supercharged and he was pulling 500 at the crank no problem. And all that power started at idle

Flyfisher is infamous around these parts
Ken,

I started looking for a TT November last year, and I finally found what I wanted in March of this year. Your needs are more demanding than mine as I am not immediately looking at tracking my car. I was concerned about getting a heavily modded car, so I mostly focused my search on low-mileage stock TT cabs. I finally found the car with the color and options I wanted, but it had the Stage IV, which initially turned me off. At the time, I knew very little about what a Stage IV is, but the folks on this forum quickly got me up to speed. I was still a little nervous about how the car had been driven, so I had a PPI done, which the car passed with flying colors.

After over a month with the car, I absolutely love it and am so glad I stumbled across an already modded car. I paid about the same for this car as I would have paid for a similarly equipped, but non-modified TT. I think if you want the mods regardless, you can save a lot of money getting an already modded, but well taken car of car.

Ken
