That's not the issue, I had the SAME THING HAPPEN to my car!! It's probably your rotors heating up after doing a pull or 2 past 100 consecutively, they might be warped or its the pads or something...

sttjmk is infamous around these parts
Update -- Spoke to HRE, they confirmed that they have designed a part that attaches to the inside of the wheel that will deflect the water out. It is intended to minimize the possiblility of water collecting on the inside of the wheel, and thereby prevents the wheel balance issues when driving in wet conditions at high speeds.

I am keeping my fingers crossed that this works and that I don't actually have what illm3 mentions above. That sounds expensive.

This does happen to me as well. Thankfully it doesn't rain very much here in Phoenix.

Guy's , no joke, I suggest you get your pads/rotors/brakes checked... It's not normal and went away after I changed pads and got fluids flushed!

i had this same issue before, and i believe i made a post of two about it
if it only happens in the rain, or after a car wash, its just the water that collects inside the wheel , due to the reverse lip design..
