I have seen that car racing in SWC or something. OR at least one that looks just like it.

It looks like quality work was done to it, should be fun.

That car has not run in SWC.. Their have been a few other turbo's that have competed in the series but none of them have found any success.
Borasa and Lopilato have both run turbo's in the series over the last few years.

I think a 996 turbo could be a front runner in the series, but I dont think most of the owner/driver teams have the budgets to develop a car that can run up front.

Then you have to deal with the politcs of running a turbo..



But it will sure make for a very fast and fun club car......!

I agree, the politics wont allow it. Porsche wont support the car as it's not a GT3 Cup, so it's odd man out. Nothing other than Caddy, Corvette or Dodge has a chance outside of the Cup.
