Ya,I had gotten pulled over for no front plate, the troopers have my number from years past..the zo6 you raced is a young kid(BLUE).. i believe the car is stock,the zo6 i roll with blew the doors off that kid about 3 weeks ago.Ive been at it with all my friend who have some of the fastest z06 in ny ,liggenfelter and cartech zo6 heavily modded superchargers nitrous kits the whole nine,and our pcars just dont have the raw power.i been to rpm in the past saying i need a little more what could i do and i would do it and it wasnt enough.looking forward to meeting up with you,contact me on a sat nite if ur gonna roll out there..by the way im doing the r/wheel setup myself and hybrid k24....
the difference is in how much better the throttle responds below 3000rpm, and how quickly it spools up
so inother words... say i was racing the z06 and i gunned it in 3rd at about 3000rpm..
my car would lag a little, THEN boost at about 3500, hold 1.0 bar till about 6500 rpm, and then taper off to 0.9
now, i gun it in 3rd, the car immediately responds, and i make 1.1 bar at about 3200-3300 rpm, and hold til redline...
essentially it gives your power power, better response, and it happens quicker
call up TIM and speak to him... he's the one who did mine on saturday..
try to get a set installed by sunday... so WE can run

steve and pierre thanks for the info...Steve to rephrase i pulled on him in 2nd and 3rd he backed off..his car is stock and the kid isnt that expierenced in my opinion with our powerband..these days with this tempeture being cold,in low gears w/out slicks the zo6 dont hook all that well.u should take off on him and u will see him creepend of third and fourth into fifth...by then in ny the race is over...i compare that zo6 to a modded zo6 like my bros,its night and day...i believe we need 700 kits or better to compete...
