Undo bolt on the right side, then loosen the large clamp to the engine(left side), pivot the entire filter box up and to the left and remove to bench. Remove the screws and the filter box comes apart in 2 halves, filter drops out. Clean with the k&n cleaner available anywhere, let dry, Reoil with only the most miniscule amount of oil, hardly any at all, let sit overnight, wipe off all excess oil (very bad for the MAF) and reinstall.

Its in the KN cleaner/re-oil kit. Its red and DO NOT over spray, you don't want another new MAF.You are spraying oil on the filter, I have always re oiled from the side furthest from the MAF.

Yes just the lightest coat, better to have to little than to much. You can get the k&n kit at checker, kragen, autozone etc .... I spray only the side away from the maf, then let it sit, it will bleed through, if you have to much you can always wash again and start over. You really almost want it kind of dry.
