As some of you have read my post on vividracing, Dan responded and settle my problem in less than 20 minutes. I recieved my parts today after a very lengthy wait. I have not ordered from vividracing in almost a year, but how Dan handled the problem (He was not aware of it), he has given me confidence in ordering from vividracing again. Thank you, DAN!

Glad ya'll got it worked out. I watched your complaint thread as it unfolded. I'm pretty sure Dan was glad he was online and "took care of the problem" and saved Vivid's reputation, before very many subscribers' impressions became tainted. I'm sure these guys take great pride in handling their clients parts and service needs. Too bad the problem couldn't have been fixed another way. A problem that's fixed in 20 minutes, doesn't sound like much of a problem. But, of course, I wasn't the one on the "non-receiving" end. Best of luck with your parts ordering in the future.
