Bay Area/Nor Cal Porsche shops/tuners

Who do you NorCal guys go to around here for tuning/mods/dyno/etc. ?
I asked my BMW shop, Edge Motorworks in Dublin -- really happy with them, and they mentioned some place in Livermore but of course now I can't remember.
I already tried the search and couldn't find what I was looking for.

I assume your looking for a BMW tuner correct? If so Sharkwerks I don't believe does BMW. With the Dinan BMW why wouldn't you just take it to Dinan in Mountain View they are the best IMHO when it comes to BMW I always took my M3 there.

You need to visit both shops face to face to make a final decision.
Both owners are great guys, and welcome visitors at the shop......very much a open door policy.
I feel very lucky to have both located in the Bay Area.

Craig, I already take my M3 to Edge Motorworks in Dublin. I love those guys. They have done me right every time I have been there.
I am looking for Porsche tuners as I am in the market for a 996tt right now. Hoping to pull the trigger soon.
I would post my M3 for sale on this forum but I am not anywhere near 100 posts yet.

Check out the tuning threads on 6speed and look at the drama CJV has been through with scargo I would avoid them on his experience alone!

Dave - I just wanted to make sure you knew they didn't work on BMW's! So if you want to trick out a 996tt then you have to go to Sharkwerks Alex and James have the 996tt worked out. I am sure Alex would be more then glad to take you for a spin in the shop 996tt to get a feel for there work.
