Yea, people always say that but I've sure passed a lot of lotuses and gt3's which are supposedly great track cars.

Thanks Tom! I felt bad when we went off in four, but it's the name of the game on a new track with new/cold tires... Glad you got up to speed and we were able to do some laps together... You're the only one who was in my car besides me, so you'll have to vouch for how hampered my car was with that clutch problem.

Well the power combo isn't going to be a factor in the video you saw, because for all the power I should have been able to put down, the car had clutch slip issues bigtime. When the clutch would work properly, I'd get up into the 170s on the back straight and the 160s on the front straight. When it wouldn't I'd not get over 150mph on the back straight and not over 145mph on the front straight. That slipping clutch was a BIG DEAL in performance.
I'm running Bilstein PSS9 coil overs with HR adjustable sway bars with adjustable drop links. I believe this combo, although not as sexy as Motons, is certainly not a bad alternative. My car would have been in the 2:10 range, and maybe 2:09s had I not had the serious mechanical issues that hindered the car.
The other factor is the brake system. I'm running 350MM front rotors with GT3 calipers, custom brake cooling ducts, Pagid RS29 pads, and Motul RBF600 fluid.
Once the clutch issues are resolved I'll be able to better take advantage of the UMW tuning/K1624 hybrid turbos, and the DGI exhaust.

Martin, That had to be the first run the first day when John was driving, because the rest of the event, you're not in any of my footage from day one, and days two and three I'm in white run group.
