Carbon Concept 01

hey everyone,

just wanted to share images of our concept 01 design with carbon fiber insert on the lip. i've had a few inquiries for this set up and some people seem to be confused. they do not have a red pinstripe. it's actually a red lip with carbon concept accent. anyone can pm me for further information and pricing. thanks

So I have a few questions:
  1. What kind of testing has been done on these wheels ?
  2. How susceptable is the CF/matrix to UV ?
  3. Is there any way the user can access impact damage ?
  4. What maintains the integrity of the wheel in the case of a significant failure ? Is there anything failsafe in the design ?
Thanks

we load test to sae j2530 industry standard. we do use a uv protected resin when applying the carbon fiber and extend a 2 year warranty on all finishes. what exactly do you mean by access to impact damage?
