Has Anyone replaced the lower tension pulley?

What`s the best way to do this? The bolt hits the engine carrier. So I can remove the muffler , bumoer etc then motor mounts and carrier OR I can remove Alternator and other crap then remove the bracket that holds all the tension pulleys. Guys, which is the best way to go??
thanks Mike
