Turbo Racer is on a distinguished road
I bought a used 2001 bmw 540i from Long Beach BMW. They told me that they had to repaint the lower bumper and this cost more than $500 USD. They told me that any car with over $500 in body repairs had to be reported. They were very professional and the price was right despite the car being less than 6 mos old at the time. Buyer beware. I would always check everything for high line cars, it will save headaches in the future.
