First you need to pull out the the Mic cover( small flathead will work ) next you need to pull the hazard button out ( push out and look underneath it you will see a notch to pull it out).Once those are out you will see there is 2 torxs T20 or T25.If you have full leather MAKE sure you put a towel in behind the cluster, if you don't you will damage the leather for sure....NOW PULL UP..... There are three wiring harnesses that clip into the gauge..unplug those. Now hard to explain but there is also a wiring harness for the hazard button, push the button out from the from and then then push the tab over for the female connector to come out.Once the cluster is out the cluster surround has 2 more torxs. If you are replacing the faces...be very very careful, if you pull the needle too hard you will knock off the retaining clip on the small motor..and your cluster is pretty much garbage.....if i can help any more let me know. Its harder to explain , once your into it you will see what i mean.
Again if your replacing the gauge faces and I cant stress this enough be extremely delicate.Pic is to show you it can be done.

What kind of faces are you putting on? I've been looking for some white or silver gauge faces, but the best I've found so far was from FVD for about $950.
