I love my Fabspeed Gen1!!! *Thread*

How many of you love your Fabspeed Gen1 exhaust??? I know a few people here hate the drone, but somehow I love mine (at least right now). I'm curious to see how many people DO LOVE THEIR FABSPEED GEN 1..... I have to say this exhaust makes my car go FASTT.

I wish my loud-100 cell- would stay as loud as the first 30 seconds in the morning. It sounds so good ! When my wife asked me why it sounds like that, I said: it's making me coffee .

Ditto - I have a Remus exhaust which sounds incredible for the first min or so then it appears to die down. What gives? It still sounds waaaay better than stock, but if I'd like for it to sound a little more aggressive at idle.

compared to the fabspeed, remus sounds like a stocker. I think it's funny people (mostly older farts) complain about the fab gen 1 loud. I wish it were even louder. It's so throaty and ballsy sounding, it's by far the best sounding exhaust on the tt that I've heard....and I've heard them all.

Plus, when it sets off all the alarms on all the bmw/benzes in my building's garage, it puts a smile on my face.

Had the car out tonight for about an hour and love my gen 1 as long as I am running up and down the rpms. The drone is a little excessive if I am just cruising. I have only had my car a couple of weeks so the jury is still out.

Do love the way the car sounds under hard acceleration!

So how many of you are running this exhaust with a cab? I am and perhaps the droning isn't as bad in a coupe.

Ive just bought one!

I wondered why they dont do the 100cells anymore...

I have straight pipes on right now and I can stand it (my neighbours cant tho for some reason ) so can anyone tell me whats the Gen1 vs Straights sound like, is it much quieter?
