Officially the new owner of a 996TT!
And I thought my Camaro project was a money pit! DOH!
Besides yours came pre-modded
But there's always room for more!

See ya soon Shark!
I finally joined the club. Flew down to Phoenix yesterday and took the keys from Rob (rwm514) after having some work maintenance and PPI performed by Robert @ Redline Motorsports.
Being this was my first Porsche and only drive one stock 996TT for a few street miles prior to this, my 800 mile drive back to San Francisco yesterday and today was a phenomenal experience. What a car!
Many of you have probably seen this car in the for sale section recently, or other posts by Rob. I wanna say he was a pleasure to deal with and he took tremendous care of this car in the few years he owned it. That is evident.
With the RWD conversion and EVO stage 2 on this car, I am stoked to have this my new daily driver. I just wonder how long it will take for me to be content with the power and want more!
Pics of the car when I picked it up, and then my radar detector/laser jammer situation for the ride back.

Rather than power.. the next step has to be some coil overs- especially in RWD mode....PS That Camaro is hotness...
Damn, you guys are all too kind. Thanks. This is the best online community I have found so far. And I have been on a lot!
Here are a few teaser pics of the Camaro with a rendering I had someone do for me -- since a couple of you mentioned it. It is coming down to the final stages of a project that began in December 2006. Damn that was a long time ago!

Nope, it's being built by a small shop up in Carson City, NV. I have seen the work of Campbell Auto Restoration though and they have built some bad *** muscle cars.
