911tbo is infamous around these parts
Spoiler issue

I have a strange problem with the hydraulics on my rear wing. When I lift the wing, the right hand side lifts much quicker than the left and when the wing stops lifting, the right side is higher than the left.

What could the issue be?

Also, the banjo fittings at the base of the rams on both sides are slightly damp. Is the system low on fluid? Or do I need to replace the system?

It’s very common with these cars (996tt). You have one bad hydraulics... I highly suggest you go with a fixed wing configuration.

I was told by the dealer the system is sealed and no way to add oil to it, so the entire unit has to be replaced. I had mine replaced under warranty not to long ago because it was leaking. Just yesterday one side started binding and sometimes wont go down, so fixed wing for me or wire it so it stays up all the time.

Sealed? More likely that the dealer doesn't know how to bleed the system.

had the same problem. Still under warranty and dealer replaced entire unit. I think they told me there were two separate motors replaced. If it dies again...fixed wing for sure
