Headers
I am currently running the Stage III GIAC program. If I change the headers do I need to change the program because of the decrease in back pressure?

Depends on what headers. If you use something other than what EVO or myself offers then you may need a retune.

A good set of headers will result in the engine running richer, This is good. You retune the engine (leaner) which results in more power.
