Evan what is the difference between the carbon/kevlar GT2 front bumper and porsche Oem part? Does it have the brake cooling ducts, radiator or other parts needed?

Also, same about the Carbon/Kevlar GT2 rear wing. Is the carbon exposed, or need to be painted?

Shank

Ryan,
You will reuse all your ducts and mounting hardware...However I do warn because it is Carbon/Kevlar the fit is not "perfect" and will take a bit of work... The tail however will go right on with no fitment necesary... All parts will require paint as they come with a gelcoat already on them!!

Shank, I would go with OEM, I know the front bumper might be more involved but at the end you will be more satisfied. I thought about going the easier route and decided to stay factory and went OEM with the GT2 front and wing. I got the Gemballa 993 Hood in Carbon and took extensive work to finally make it 99% perfect. By the way, did you get red seat belts for your red turbo? If so where did you get them for and what price? Thanks.

Stupid question, but whats a Gelcoat?

The GT2 Mk2 rear wing is left with the weave exposed, so what is that coated with?

It is a smooth expoxy like coating over the fiber glass or CF so that it can be painted. It is usually pigmented with color...ie Fiberglass boats. It's the stuff covering the fiberglass weave to make it smooth and give color. Fiberglass boats are not painted. It's the gelcoat that is colored. FYI
