You guys will like this one. Yesterday I went over to Tommy Bahns (Tommy is a legend in the Supra community who is now breaking into the Porsche scene). Tommy fixed my crank bolt and I was over to check it to make sure the repair was holding.
While I am over there who calls my cell? Why the Walnut, that is who. I answered "what a coincidence that you happened to call right now, you Parasol waving freak. It just so happens that Tommy is installing new turbos on my car as we speak. The new Garrett GT 28's have larger compressors and turbines, bolt straight up....Todd (Protomotive) is going to do a datalog tune w/ Tommy via computer and by this weekend I will have 60 more hp and Tweety (Pauls car) is going down!!!"
Well, the truth is, that I made the whole thing up; to get my car to another power level would require GT 30's, fabrication, shipping to Todd and retuning...a $10K project. But Paulie didn't know this.
Well, he was speechless and panicked. "Your lying!!" He cried out...let me talk to Tommy. I handed the phone to Tommy, Tommy said "I can't talk now, I am working on Sean's car." Needless to say, my dear Walnut had a complete meltdown.
Priceless!!!

Marty my main man. Thank God it was in College Station and not Houston.
The Mini is well known as the car of choice in the gay community. I think it ranked #2 just behind the New beetle with a flower in the dash.
