How to get a bit more power out of the k16s ?

I have the ECU/DV/straight pipes.

I'm seeking to get about 30-50 more bhp and i think that should be enough. For awhile at least before moving up to bigger turbos. What are some of my options ? ported out OEM headers ? TB ? Thanks for the advice.

1bar wastegate actuators (helps mid-range)
EVOMS intercoolers (helps top end and ends heat soak)
IC hoses (precautionary - less prone to leaks and expansion)
IPD plenium (more mid-range)

What programming are you running? Running an aggressive race file that boosts to 1.2bar will help as well.

Good luck

lol, thanks stevo haha

Short of a turbo upgrade, I would upgrade your wastegates. They will help hold more boost and give more power. They will shorten the life of your K16's though, so if you don't plan on upgrading your turbos at some point, I wouldn't use them.

3rd vote for 16gs. If you're already going to go through the trouble to remove the header, just yank off the turbos and get the compressor wheels upgraded for $1k. Same work but WAY more reward.

If my car ALREADY makes 375AWHP and 420AWTQ (last fall ran those numbers on a Mustang AWD dynamometer) with my stock K16's + EVOMS Stg 2 (1 BAR program) + exhaust what's the HP/TQ benefit of the 16G compressor wheel?

The chart below is what it did to my car. The chart shows bone stock, chipped K16 and K16/16g + 5bar FPR (all on stock exhaust). I'd say it was a notable gain over chipped both in terms of power and spool time.
All the standard disclaimers about dynos apply:

Yep, 93 octane and AWD (at 1.1 bar). It's a bit more now that my exhaust is on. I don't know exactly how much because it slipped the hell out of the stock clutch when it was up on the dyno (I do a before and after dyno log for EVERY mod I do). I'm going back up to find out shortly (need 200 more break-in miles and need to find a free weekend). Only thing is, the weather is much warmer now than the last time I dynoed it.
