My C2 is a grey market import from the USA and the local stealership refused to service it. Unlike my Cayenne which I have purchased here locally, unfortunately, I would not have the access to the proper Porsche ATF fluid as well as service and assistance from the local Porsche here in PI.

I would only have access to Pelican and some local automotive parts stores and limited to what they can 'ship' to me. Any ideas on what 'substitute I can use?

I am looking to change the tranny oil on my 996 porsche year 1998 .
can I use the Pentosin ATF 1 on it ?
the porsche part number on parts catalogue is the 000-43-207-00
and he ATF 1 has porsche ref part number 999.917.547.00.

will cause any damage on transmission mix this oil with the remaining oil on the system?
