I like the look of the TE grip. My only nitpik is the center is a bit bulky. The bottom grip doesn't seem to have much for fingers to tap in. Does it bother you?

Quite frankly, yes. If I were to do it again, I would get the 340mm wheel. This one is the 320mm wheel. Actually, the problem is not at the bottom, it is with the thumb holds. When I drape my thumbs in the slots, they are slightly tight. Not a real big deal, but enough to have me recommend the 340mm over the 320mm. Hope that helps.

For the best feel and durability, have your wheel or 3 spoke done in real suade- it's the best. Second choice is alcantra.
