The 2nd one doesnt say its a GT2. Its says Essentially an AWD GT2 with GT2 upgrades. I think there are a few cars on here built somewhat the same.
Hey I hit 100 post finally

So what is "Constructed by Porsche Special Wish Department of Factory Werks"

Here is the response I got back from this tool:

"Hi, Sorry for the confusion. Surely AWD on a 911 Turbo is no suprise. What is unique about this vehicle is the Factory upgrades and tuning performed to bring together the best of the GT2 and the 911 Turbo. For this model year, on two car were constructed in such a manner. I hope this clears up our Headline."

Interesting that he took 'GT2' out of the title after I wrote him.

At the time I posted, it did say GT2 in the title. They changed it after I wrote them.

Yep, it did say GT2 in the title, I saw it too. At least he corrected it, but how sad that he had to be steered the right direction instead of doing the right thing in the 1st place. He is probably so used to telling huge lies to people's faces every day on the car lot. He didn't realize there is a critical audience of millions on the internet.

Let's all agree. MY car was a real GT2 that somehow got the AWD treatment by Porsche in Germany. I think it ended up on the wrong assembly line. I'm sure someone lost their job for selling it to me as a plain "turbo" which of course it is not. What can I say, sometimes you get lucky in life. Kinda like finding a two headed quarter that slipped passed the US mint. Very rare and of course, priceless...

Now that I think of it, I have the ONLY GT4 ever produced by Porsche. An AWD GT2! How cool is that?

The VIN on the yellow car checks out to be a 2001 Turbo....but as BeastRides says, a toolbag none the less.
