$1,000.00 and shipping $180.00

comes with

top air intake grill

bumper cover

radiator covers (3)

BOTH the small lower lip and large lower lip

He said that all he needs is 3+ people to commit to buying to get this price. Turn around time is 3-4 days. Couple things he said that I'd like to mention.

1) The bumper cover fits great but there needs to be some trimming work to get the ducting right. He told me all replicas require this. If you access to a competent body shop, they can get it done.

2) It DOES NOT include the radiator splitters. I asked him if his supplier can get some but he doesn't believe he makes the mold for them.

If you are serious, PM him (996wings), call him (310-818-1535) or email him (misha@misha911.com) to get in on this deal.

Who's 100% in?

1) M32
That's a decent price quote for the bumper.

seems like a good deal, but if I was to do it, I would only do it if I can get the splitters, I think the splitters make that front bumper look right.

Todd,

I ordered what I posted up. It includes the Techart bumper, radiator ducts, intake grill, and both lips for $1180 shipped.

Thanks. I have not found a cheaper one and know of one person who had this personally fitted and stands behind it.

That was my thoughts at first but the radiator ducts (which I am determined to make them fit) has "splitters" in them.

Will post pics once I get it in as well as fitment and such.

Todd, I just noticed you were in Tx. Were you the lucky one who bought the silver turbo from vegas?

Anyone running these fiberglass fender have bad experiences with cracking with hitting stuff/bottoming out?

The problem with fiberglass is that it is very brittle and does not have the flex that plastic bumpers have...go out and push on your OEM bumper to see what I'm talking about.

I am saying this as a body shop owner who does a lot of aftermarket bumper paint and installs. On cars that are this low the fiberglass bumpers will crack all over once and significant pressure is put on (i.e. hitting a dip to hard, bottoming out, etc.)

It is very tough to re-create the flex of the OEM bumper plastic, but as long as your replicas are made of some sort of plastic material that has some nice flex to it you should be in good shape.

Moral of the story: STAY AWAY FROM FIBERGLASS!!!

Although I haven't yet received/installed the TA kit, I have had driven many fiberglass kits in the past. The only time I have ever "cracked" my front lip/kit is when I took a b-line right into a parking block. I have never cracked it while driving up and down slopes and such. I have scuffed it up but not to a point where it was substantially damaged. I personally tihnk that it's easier for a body shop to fix fiberglass than poly.

not to scare anyone but this happened to me once
i was driving around brooklyn a year ago and by the water side there was this not very flat cobblestone road. i guess in a dip, my bumper got caught on something and it ripped.

i've never gone back to brooklyn with my car since

but the good news is its not very hard to fix fiberglass, i had paul at protosport fix it and then had the bumper repainted and now it's back on my car

Nothing to be afraid of! If you can wait a couple of weeks, I should have mine prepped, fitted and painted so you can check it out

I paid a motherload for the original Techarts as I thought they were made of flexible material that would not be damaged easily... guess what. Rigid and love to crack as well....

The nice part about the Techarts is the fit and the lovely dry carbon details that I believe the "copies" dont have?
