Aftermarket Head Unit installation, easy or not?

I want to replace my stock stereo with an aftermarket one but am not sure if it's simple to do and if they make a wiring harness for our cars. Any input would be great, thanks.

I don't see why it would be so difficult, unless you have navigation. Good luck

Well with a pre-made wiring harness, a head unti swap is real easy but if I have to start splicing and dicing cables, that can be a pain.
