I've been happy with the AVS also, but for dry summer traction the Pilot Sport Cups are hard to beat. AVS are great for mostly dry and occaisional wet surface. AVS is hard to beat all around.

You say you have liked the Yokos but want to reconsider the perillis (sic) which you " hated " . Can you explain ?
I'm wondering why Pirelli still has not released the newer , lighter P Zero Rosso in the TT sizes. Posche has stated at the GT2's and the new GT3's intro that the P Zero Rossa is the " sportier " OEM tire and the OEM Michellin Pilot Sport version is more comfortable. The Michellin they say is quieter when new, but becomes noisier than the P Zero Rosso when tread wears 50% on each one .

I vote for the Michelin Pilot Sport Cups! By far my favorite tire!
