Here in Dallas, while there a lots and lots of Porsches, I don't really see that many TTs. In fact, it seems like Iam seeing almost as many Lambo Gallardos.

As far as your concern about mods being worth pennies on the dollar, you are dead wrong. They add negative value to the car, getting pennies for them and you are doing well. For ex. My car is a M3-S2. Its very rare and there are only a small number ever built. My car will run you about $58K stock. The S2 pkg installed by Dinan is another $17k on top of that. That about $74K or so w/o taxes. Now the bad part is I have seen two cars on Ebay just like mine more or less and they are asking $55k so that means in reality you can get it for $50K. Now mine is a 03 model , so w/all almost 20K of mods , a brand new one is your for only $5K or so more. God how depressing. I know when I car shop I would take a stock car over a modded one in a heartbeat. The best advice I can say is keep your stock parts and put them back on when you sell it. Then assumeing you got a diff car, part out the mods individually and you can make up alot of the loss by doing that.
