fuel pressure regulator install
installed a 5 bar regulator but when reinstalling could not find vaccum line for the regulator but i found a black plastic tube next to the regulator, i am assuming that the rubber hose that connects the regulator to the tubing came off. dose this sound like the right vaccum line? could not find any other lines.
The vacume line for the fuel pressure regulator is a little black hose that has a 90 degree turn on the end. If you removed the vacume pump to replace the FPR then you would notice that the vacume line for the FPR turns 90deg out from it and then heads down towards the drivers side of the car underneath the intake manifold. Obviously the vacume line should be installed on the nipple end of the FPR.
Hope that helps................
