JIC install instructions? Cross site has no PDF on site?

Just got my JIC kit but there are no DIY installation instructions even on the site. I checked rennlist too. Any ideas on where to locate? They are a work of art by the way...good quality.

Thanks in advance!

Call Vivid if you got it from them or Ben's replacement at JIC. FWIW, my mechanic said it was pretty strait forward....same as every other one he did (generic coilover). Ben is on the site even though he is not with JIC and will likely help out people.

Ben, if you are reading this, tia.

Wink Thanks for the pointers and will keep you posted!

I will call Ben and see if there is a basic illustration instruction etc. Questions are on original settings and how set ride height etc. Dampening?

Thanks JCB!

If you cannot find Ben, do a search on Ben (in the text) and JIC support on this site. Here is here. I just cannot remember his "name"....it was something like 964 or the like.....don't quote me.

JIC is a company with the best product per dollar who are in the process of revamping the customer support situation. Period. So, I would get the parts from Vivid because their support (for me) has been unbelievable. Then let Vivid contact JIC for you. Just call and d/w Dan and he'll take care of you, etc.

I did that...Dan arranged to have JIC call my mechanic. That turned out to be Ben. ....

IN the worst case scenerio, PM me and my mechanic probably could help you out via the phone or email....he is in business and too much time helping "non customers" is not going to make him happy with me...
