[VID] My Proto650 vs. HPF Stage 2 M3 (750 HP)
Oohh Man your shifting is killing you, the car definately runs strong and I dont know if you could beat that M3, but you can give it a better race for sure, when you shift that M runs away from you. Great video !! ... Is it safe to run 1.3 on the 24/18g setup without doing anything to the fuel system but a 5 bar?
C16 and you can get away with 1.45 or so...
Its maxing out the system... yes...
But the 18g with a 5 bar is set to run 1.3 bars on 100 or 104....

A stage 2 HPf kit on an E46M3 w/ race gas and meth puts down 621 rwhp and ran a confirmed 6.86 60-130. That is GT 700 fast so it is a testament to how fast the 24/18's are to hang w/ one.
Hello all. I am the one that raced O-Ace and his bad a$$ 996.
We had about 7 runs or so total, and the last 4 or 5 consecutive runs we had were pretty much the same outcome of the last run posted in the video. (where are those runs buddy?)
If I were to guess, it was a good 4 c.l.'s or so.
The first run was him starting in 2nd and me in third, in which I noticed he would get the jump until he shifted to 3rd, and then I started to gain some momentum from there.
Nonetheless, it was great to get out and get this done. So many people on the west coast were waiting for this. 0-Ace is a great guy and he did a great job at putting this together and making it happen.
Its all in good fun, win or lose. I hope to get some more of these in real soon. It makes still paying for this kit a bit more easy to swallow when you can get out and put it to good use.
The Horsepowerfreaks turbo has definitely set the bar high for the BMW community!
F.Y.I. My car dyno'd 622rwhp on this set up when HPF had it at their facility in Portland, Oregon

You guys needed some more room... seemed like everytime one got a head the other had to stop due to oncoming traffic.
Also, the M3 is not manual(SMG ?)... surely he will pullaway during the 6 speed shifts... especially if your not speed shifting...

Actually, the last 4-5 consecutive runs we had were the vids I was hoping to see. We could have literally come to a complete stop on those runs. There was nobody in sight front and rear as far as the eye can see.

I'm definitely up for doing it again...maybe get a couple of other fast cars out with us (C6 Z06, etc). Either way, it was a great time and your car is insanely FAST. The Mustang we messed around with on the way ran a 10.6 @ 130 MPH....so you know your car is definitely in the mid 10's @ 130+ which is MOVING!-Awais
O Ace and tank, Nice runs.
There are (2) of these beautifully built stage (2)'s in my town and I have met them recently. One of the guys name is Rahj. I hope to run them with vid in the near future.
I think it will be a great run! The fabrication work on these HorsePower Freaks cars is
absolutely first notch!!!
