My car is hesitating or sputtering i don't know how to describe it on second, third and fourth gear very badly, can feel it most on third and fourth gear 3500rpm and above i changed the spark plugs the fuel pump and the MAF and still the same, now its down to two things that i can think of causing it, either the injectors or the diverter valves, i'm using FVD's diverter valves and they have been installed more than one year and i never took them off to clean or regrease allthough i heard that they should be regreased from time to to time.

Please advise..

OK more info. First...get your codes read. This is essential for diagnostics. We can still play land of 1000 guesses..your symptoms really sound like plugs. What plugs did you put in? I would guess you've got cracked coil packs.
