JIC install specs?

I am now installing a set of JIC's in my 03 996TT. ( 8 & 12 KG ) and a rear GT3 sway bar.
I need some help from your experience.

I would like to lower it some, and I thought GT2 alignment might be a little more aggressive .

Can some one tell me where you measure ride heights from ? What would it be for GT2 specs.

The car will mostly be for street and possibly a DE event or two.

Advice would be very much appreciated.

Thanks
Elliot

I had a professional do it...450$ in labor and 300 for the corner. FYI only. I drive on the street happily at softer and then 2 clicks harder.....no issues. Full hard was rough on the street but amazing on the track...
