Tequipment Rollbar Removal and Sale

I had recently installed the Porsche Tequipment rollbar in my TT. I was also going to add the GT3 seats or the Recaro Pole Position seats although I haven't yet. After much deliberation I am actually thinking of taking the rollbar out and selling it. I am having second thoughts about my intended use of the car and the inclusion of the rollbar and seats. If I am not going to track the car, I will place more emphasis on comfort.
Anybody want to buy a perfect condition Porsche Tequipment rollbar?

Actually, you could and it would probably be ok if you used some padding around it... It's not the most intrusive bar I've ever seen. I kinda like it and it's the only mod that made my wife happy

Be warned though, I know how you ahem.. like to... pull the ECU in and out. It's a tough job for an adult to get back there... once you are there it's not too bad

Hehe yeah. I'm just looking forward to doing the hennrich manouver to get back there when I send you my DME. My wife said I looked like a right tool getting back there. You gotta be a little bit flexible but it's very doable....

If you're going to keep stock seats, which is what I have, just make sure you're not 6 foot or above. I still have an inch or two of play being 5, 10.

PS It really is a nice nifty, clean looking bar. It probably doesn't meet a bunch of the semi-pro racing tech stuff but it sure feels stiffer and safe inside. I'll take some photos if you want and show you any details.
