deck scoop(s)?
deck scoop(s)?
Has anyone tried to add an air scoop on the rear deck over the intake...it seems to me that at speed, such a thing would be quite useful (a la GT3, so Porsche does it...)and might obviate the drive to dual snorkels. The downside would be aero drag....but for my use on the track, I am not sure it will matter.... Clearly on the 997 GT3RS, the single snorkel is up to the task.....
Just curious if tried and if so, where did you get the "parts"....I was thinking of running some sort of rubber seal or get a piece fabricated and glued, painted OEM color....or getting a GT3 part .....

I can totally See what you're saying. There are also companies that make stick on intercooler scoop extenders, but they don't seem to be as popular for some reason. maybe because they are not as esthetically cool?
