Flashtuning US --- ROW version ?

Is there a differense in software flashtuning . One version for US and one for ROW ?

Or does the software read of the VIN. ?

The difference is the VIN numbers and fuel Octane RON vs MON, 93 MON is equivalent to 98 RON, everything else is the same.
