Haven't really seen a color combination like this before so i thought i'd share. We did a matte black & brushed center with a gloss black lip and red stripe. Looks insane on a black, red or silver car.

pretty cool, I think I would like it more if the inside of the barrell was the same color as the lip though.

We've been doing treatments on motorcycles like that for years albeit with tape but you get the same look. definitely makes the wheels stand out from the tire.

 

the wheel does look better with the tire mounted on the car.
