Tony,

Please explain how the flat shifting works. I think I know, but I'm not certain. If it's what I think it is - we can add that, too, when I come down.

Thanks Tony...you're still the man. I couldn't wait until Wednesday to go to the track, so I drove up Saturday.

For all that want or need to know, the 2 step works awesome...too awesome in my case. Killed my clutch...runs and drives, but no boost for me until I get a new clutch.

In my case a little more than I have right now...since motor has to come out to do a clutch (to do it the right way), I might as well do injectors, FPR and put my K24's on. I think a clutch kit is somewhere in the $1000 neighborhood, give or take a couple hundy...

I already bought some K24 turbos (got a deal). I didn't put them on yet because of the potential clutch failure the extra power would bring. I figured when the clutch fails, I will buy larger injectors, Fuel Pressure Regulator (FPR) and then put the turbos on.

How much was the K24 turbos ? And 1000$ a clutch for a 996 turbo is not a bad price.

Parts will probably cost almost that much. If you are doing a bunch of stuff at the same time the incremental cost might be around $1000.
