Ah, the glory of the 2-week long Scottish summer, defined at one end by the end of the midge season, and at the other by wee wammin at the bus stop saying "Och, the nights are fair drawin' in.", and the onslaught of relentless winter.

It hit 104 in Austin yesterday.
