Question GT2 Brake ducts install question...

For those that have done this...
I can't figure out where the pin that was included in the bag, goes... it looks as if there is a different part that this duct attaches to but I can't seem to find it in PET...

Anyone with a GT2 that can snap and share a photo of this area in you car?

Thank you in advaced for your help

These look very like Cup Ducts to me, you have a 996tt so you have to adapt the front as these are not standard fitment parts. I will show you what I done.

I cut a slot so the duct fits into and cut a hole in the side and zipped them together. The way it is at the moment you must have that duct bent out of shape.

Is a GT2 part. Seems that the GT2 has a different air duct from the bumper that connects to that brake duct...

What I did for now was to put a tie wrap from the small hole in the brake duct to the larger hole in the air duct... trying to bend that brake duct to do what you suggested was going to be a pita...
