I actually tagged this about two weeks ago just because I hadn't seen it before. It's been re-listed at least once since apparently no one wants to buy it. What's up with it? Do they even work? Are they still made? It looks pretty shady.

Shady is not the word! more like suicidal if you wan to run this.

Alex from Sharkwerks had some photos last year, someones car was having serious health problems, he had it in for inspection, you would not believe the state of the wiring etc, it was all over the place!
